Thursday at 5:20 PMwhew today was exhausting and fun. I got to play dress up at chuks and try on some outfits for the upcoming retro fashion show. Who knew trying on clothes could be such a work out. This event is going to be lots of fun so you simply must go! Plus there are some exciting Indie Ogden Utah collabs in the works. So stay tuned for some really cool events happening this month. Tonight is going to be a blast so check out some of these events- MOJOS- ♥Tonight open mic night is hosted by Adam Smith. Come share your music, poetry, dance or any performance with us. These are awesome nights. Last week went on late with over 30 acts signed up. Get here early to sign up to get earlier slots or just come jam. CITY CLUB- ♥The Underground Music Series featured on Channel 17 and Comcast On-Demand continues with Utah based band, The Rugs.The Underground Music Series produced by Underground Herbal Spirit, and sponsored by The City Club, Imagination Company, Monster Energy Drink is designed to introduce people to Utah's thriving music scene. Please come out and support the artist as they showcase their talents. WSU- ♥The Spanish Club is throwing a benefit concert series to gain the funds to grease the wheels of the Guatemalan Humanitarian Project. ♥The Student Economic Association and the Goddard School of Business will host a charity dinner raising funds to send humanitarian aid to and continue business research projects in Uganda, 6 p.m., Shepherd Union Ballroom A, $20 per seat, 801-458-3599 or 801-626-7634. ♥The Department of Performing Arts presents the WSU Wind Ensemble in its final performance before its Chicago tour, 7:30 p.m., Val A.
