St. Patricks day in Ogden Utah at 1:02 PMOKAY i am not Irish, not even close but i have to say that i do love st.patty's day. Why? Two words- bubble and squeak. What is bubble and squeak you may ask? Only they most delicious concoction ever! Creamy mashed potatoes topped with fried cabbage and gravy. mmmm. . . Accompanied by a dark beer (may i suggest an arrogant bastard ale or a Rogue chocolate stout) and loose fitting pants this meal is sure to give you the Itis in no time.
