Local Spotlight- Borrowed Earth Emporium at 10:43 AMLena and Josh Morgan are a Local couple who had an honest, clear and beautiful dream. They dreamed of opening a place place where people could gather and create, eat, heal, sing, dance and just be. And The Borrowed Earth Emporium is just that with yoga, Locally roasted coffee , Local art, delicious food and events weekly. The Bee, as it is called, is a cozy cafe and gallery inside a beautiful historic building. Downstairs has couches and computers and plenty of space to relax and just breath. There are always local art and crafts and the smell of coffee is intoxicating, recently they made crepes etc a permanent fixture. Crepes ETC is run by Michelle and Alan Green and their crepes have been enjoyed at the farmers market for years. I had the great joy of trying a crepe and i have to tell you it was more than amazing. I ordered the pear crepe and it was stuffed with fresh tasting pears, whipped cream, almonds and drizzled in caramel. I literally melted with each bite. Try their crepes with a chai latte or a cup of locally brewed coffee. The BEE has REGULAR EVENTS to keep you entertained, everything from open mic nights to regular music events hosted by Ogden friends of acoustic music.
