Saturday: farmers market, river fun and karaoke! at 9:25 PM
Its Saturday! Ahh sweet bliss! Time to eat cotton candy in the grass and splash around in the river. I cant wait for farmers markets and bike rides and photo fun with my lovely friend jenny. We will be dressing up in pretty frocks and being completely girly...that is until we get muddy from playing on the parkway. Savor these moments folks because winter is just around the corner. Most of you might be excited for snow and cold and wet and did i mention cold? But me? I am snow inept, a snow newb if you will. I get cold easily and the idea of being wet AND cold sounds like some form of ancient torture to me. Perhaps i need an experienced snow dweller to show me how its done, until then i will continue pouting about summer ending. There is so much to do and don't forget about the amazing indie films playing right here in downtown Ogden! I heart wednesday! at 9:41 PM
I hope you all enjoyed yesterdays amazing guest post on how to survive the zombie invasion in Ogden Utah. Keep an eye out because this is an ongoing series and next issue will start to cover some in depth tips to help YOU survive. If you are a friend of mine you have probably heard me squeal with joy at my recent good luck. I not only found a job but i have an interview for another one too. I may just have 2 rad jobs after searching for so long! Determination and a bit of creativity paid off and i can now let out a big old sigh of relief that i am done with my search and i can get back to work. On the downside, i start Thursday which means no wisdom tooth removal for me yet, it is once again pushed back BUT now i can afford to go under! Yay! So i am holding onto my tooth money for dear life and waiting until i have a day off to go yank these babies out! In other news i am SO SO glad i started writing these posts the night before because Wednesday is jam packed full of meeting and happening and schmoozing and snacks. I will be out and about getting stuff done like a champ while toting around one rambunctious curly haired girl child on my bike. Yeah, life is feeling pretty darn good right now...but I'll still need that coffee. Have fun this Wednesday folks and soak up all that awesome because in a blink of an eye summer will be over. Yup you heard it, only 2 more weeks until school starts. Don't worry, i will still be here to guide you through the back to school blues with tons of fun things to do after your classes. And if your like me and you don't go to school then heck, summer can last all year long....Kinda. **********TODAY'S EVENTS**********
