Gardening, karaoke and giveaways in ogden utah at 10:12 AMNow that is is summer every single day has so many events i can hardly fit them all in a post! I love how active Ogden it, even in the winter i was kept pretty busy. Today the sun is shining and the Ogden rad mamas are heading over to the sunflower garden to plant some things! It is so very exciting! There are still a few plots available so come on down and garden with us at the sunflower community garden behind grounds for coffee on Harrison! Learn how to read nature and prepare yourself for survival Kids act up performing arts camp: Kids Act UP is a summer theater camp for students age 7 - 14 at the historic Peery's Egyptian Theater. Participants learn about "the business" - singing, acting, dancing - while rehearsing for a live performance for family and friends. Visual arts camp: Anyone ages 6 through adult may explore multimedia with artist, Lisa Quagliozzi at a Multimedia camp offered at the Eccles Community Art Center, 2580 Jefferson Avenue, Ogden on June 14, 15 & 15, 2011 from 10 a.m. to noon. Participants will experience drawing, painting, collage, printmaking and more. Grassroots out door alliance Presents: A Dramatic Multimedia Presentation and Fundraiser for Jeff Lowe's Metanoia, the Extraordinary Documentary Film on the Life & Climbs of Jeff Lowe, now in production.Jeff Lowe's Metanoia explores extraordinary alpine accomplishments, from mountain top to wheelchair.
