Hurt in the Dirt -Run, walk, or crawl! Just another day in the dirt! The course runs through trees, over obstacles, through water, sand, dirt, and mud. You will not be setting a P.R. here...unless it's for how many times your fun meter maxes out.This 10K-ish course is all off-road. You may need to dig deep for the strength to finish, but smiles will come easy once you're through it! Morning 10K Trail Run - Fort Buenaventura, 2450 A Avenue, Ogden, Utah 84401

Waterfall Canyon hike: Directions: Go to Ogden and proceed to the top of 29th street. There is a parking lot behind the appartments, and the trail head is clearly marked on the right.Description: This is a great hike for people of all ages. There are a few places where there are loose rocks, but most people in fair physical condition should be able to navigate this trail. The view of the waterfall and the valley makes it well worth it.
Length: 3 miles round trip, Time: About 2 hours, Difficulty: Moderate

Ogden farmers market -Ogden farmers market is a place a where you can meet local farmers, talents and producers. Historic 25th street farmers market meets every Saturday morning in summer. Farmers market has been running for years and well know place for family fun activities in Ogden Utah. Our prime goal is to support local business grow, and create environment that local producers and talents successful in their business. Come to Ogden farmers market and support your local business.
