Also a little known interesting factoid, today is national mustard day! I have no less than 6 different types of mustard in my fridge on any given day...sweet, spicy, regular, weird i have it all. I think tomorrow i will try and make a mustard glaze for some salmon. Lucky me my older sister lives in Alaska and likes to send me packages full of amazing fresh Alaska seafood. seriously, best sister ever.

On another less exciting note i am still job hunting and i have come to a point where in order to keep from feeling completely worthless i have decided to channel my energy into something a bit different. I am going to start getting creative and i think i may be filming a little resume for a company i am dying to work for. If it doesn't work at least i had fun right?
