I hope everyone enjoyed yesterdays guest blogger Jeff Dillon. I am always on the lookout for guest bloggers so i can take a day off so by all means send me your work to indieogden@gmail.com. It was certainly nice to have a day off to um....well, i guess i didn't really have anything to do except clean my house to perfection. But, i did manage to bake a pie and video tape a tutorial on making your very own old fashioned pie. Check it out and i would love to see your results; disclaimer: my hair is a mess and my child is messier.
Today is a little day bloggers call "tell all Tuesday", so i guess i should tell all! I wasn't sure what to tell exactly so PLEASE send me some questions and i will answer every single one! hmmm....i may just regret this but lets do it!
I am so excited that there are so many amazing people visiting Ogden right now! We have champion archers and dancers from around the world visiting out little gem of a city. Lets all do our best to show them how awesome we are. If you see a new face around give a little "howdya do?" and recommend some of your fave things to do and see in Ogden. ::cough:: indie Ogden ::cough::

Ogden world cup archery:These are the same competition venues as the 2009 World Archery Youth Championships that brought over 600 youth archers and coaches to the United States. and the 2010 Archery World Cup that hosted over 35 countries and 400 athletes. This premiere event will be held at Weber State University with the finals contested at picturesque Lindquist Field in Ogden, Utah

Wild Things - From forests to fields the Ogden Nature Center is teeming with life. Journey through the ecosystems that make up this 152-acre nature preserve and take a peak at their inhabitants.Ogden Nature Center, 966 W. 12th Street, Ogden, UT 84404

5:30pm – 9:00pm
Worldwide on H25 -Join us downtown for food and dancing from around the world. Food starts at 5:30pm and goes until 8pm. At 6pm is the Parade of Nations down 25th street with international dancers as well as competitors for the Archery World Cup. From 6:30-9 each country will perform a 15 minute set and teach you some of their traditions. Stop by the Archer's tent and get autographs and watch demonstrations. There are tons of Food Vendors to choose from! 25th street, 100 and 200 blocks, Ogden, UT

6:00pm – 11:00pm
